On the first floor of Firehouse, the Dining Room was created in September 2002 as a brand new restaurant open to all. With panoramic views over the South Kensington Museums, everyone can enjoy the flavours and hospitality which have led to the Dining Room earning plaudits from top London restaurant guides such as Hardens and Zagat. The set-price dinner menu changes throughout the year to take advantage of the best seasonal products available in London's food markets
